About Youth Sports
Upward Sports is the only organization that offers the 360 Progression™, a uniquely designed total sports experience that adapts and expands as players grow in their personal athletic journeys. The 360 Progression develops total athletes mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially – producing players who excel both on and off the field.
FCBC offers Basketball and Cheerleading in the winter as part of the Upward ministry and Flag-Football with Cheerleading in the Fall. Upward volunteers are our church members and members of our community who come from all walks of life and are involved by praying for the program, coaching a team, refereeing a game, or sharing a devotion.
Upward programs are open to all members of the community regardless of their religious background.

Upward Flag Football & Cheerleading
Kindergarten – 3rd
Early Bird Registration $160.00 ( Includes Uniform and accessories- Belt/Flag for football , pompoms, and hair bow for cheerleaders)
Ends by July 1
After July 1 $180.00 Registration Fee includes uniform and accessories (belt/flag for football, pompoms, megaphone, and hair bow for cheerleaders)
Please be aware of these few notes:
- Our season will be a blast, get ready for some FUN!
- Flag-Football is only for kindergarten – 3rd graders (4th graders – 12th graders, please see the previous tile on this webpage to register for Youth Football)
- Cheer is for kindergarten – 8th graders
- A credit card will be required to finish this online registration.
- If you need a different payment option or a partial scholarship please email us (sportslife@fruitcove.com)
- Make a note of the Evaluation Dates when you get to that portion.

During the Upward Football game halftime, the family and friends are able to hear a devotional. These families and friends might only hear God’s love once a week through you and your devotional.

**There is an addition $90 for those that need head and shoulder gear.
There are limited scholarships available. We ask that you volunteer as a coach or in the concession stand if you are the recipient of a scholarship.
