Spring Semester 2019

Our goal is to achieve excellence in fitness by offering a variety of options to achieve total-body fitness in a safe, friendly, enriching environment for all families.

We offer a variety of classes for men and women of all ages and abilities! Certified instructors teach all classes. Free preschool childcare (birth through pre-k) is provided during Mon/Wed @ 9am and Mon/Wed/Fri @ 9:45am

Class Descriptions


Cross Training

 Our flagship class! We use strength and aerobic exercises at a high intensity! Modifiable for all  fitness levels!

Total Body circuit Express (TBCX)

Uses popular proven methods of exercise (intervals, circuits, strength training, cardio drills, martial arts), for an all-in-one total body workout!

Quick Fit

Get in, Get out, Get on with your day! This half hour class uses timed intervals and strategic circuits to provide an efficient full body workout! Only 30 minutes!

Flexibility and Flow

Fusing proven poses and postures with modern movements, this 50 minute mind/body class flows between strength, flexibility, core, and balance exercises. Modifications offered for all levels!

Dance Fitness

A fun energetic cardio dance workout for all fitness levels! Fun for all families and friends!

Wise Warriors

An innovative health, exercise and wellness class  helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Focuses  on strengthening muscles  and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.


Each class  will  work to balance all muscle  groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on  challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Power Hour

An athletic, cardio-based, high intensity, total body workout. Push past your limits with cardio & plyometric drills! No equipment needed! Good for all fitness levels! 

Referral Program

 Fruit cove Fitness is thrilled to offer a referral reward system for our participants. We want to reach and share the program with friends and family in our church and community! If you are a current participant and refer someone to Fruit Cove Fitness who has not participated in Fruit Cove Fitness before and registers for a class, then we have a gift for you.

1 Referral = Receive 1 free class for an entire upcoming session

3 Referrals = Receive 2 free classes for an entire upcoming session

5 Referrals = Receive 3 free classes for an entire upcoming session

To receive your gift, please have the referred participant list your full name in the referral box during registration. We will then work with you to provide your referral incentive.


Class Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only given for health or injury-related occurrences. In this case:
    • Refund amounts are pro-rated from the date of the request.
  • Refunds are not given when an individual class is cancelled during the semester due to room availability, weather or other reason. If a class is cancelled due to room availability, we typically allow participants to attend another class of their choice.
  • Refunds are not given due to scheduling conflicts of participants.


Class “Make-up” Policy

Classes that are not used by the end of the month will not carry on to the following month

Inclement Weather Policy

If weather is an issue at any point in the semester, here are the 3 options you can check. We update social media first and then the website second. We try to update these forms of communication if needed at least an hour before each class.

Important: If there is no update regarding classes on the social media feed or on the website, classes WILL be held. Information is only updated if classes are cancelled.
  • Please note, we will NOT automatically cancel fitness classes because Saint Johns County schools close. However, please remember, if Saint Johns County schools are canceled, there will be no childcare for any classes.
