        • Strength and conditioning exercises  at either high or low intensity!
        • Modifiable for all fitness levels

        Cardio Kickbox

        • Martial arts techniques combined with fast paced cardio!

        Total Body Circuit Xpress (TBCX)

        • Uses popular proven methods of exercise (intervals, circuits, strength training, cardio drills) for an all-in-one total body workout

        Flexibility and Flow (Yoga)

        • Fusing proven poses and postures with modern movements, this  mind/body class flows between strength, flexibility, core, and balance exercises.
        • Modifications offered for all levels!

        Pilates

        • Strengthen muscles and build up your core! This class creates greater flexibility and balance while moving through specific movement patterns. 

          Intro to Fitness 101

          • Entry Lvl. Fitness Class to introduce the fundamentals of fitness while helping helping participants to begin their fitness journey.

          TRX 

          • A 1 hour class split between two styles of fitness.
          • TRX is Total body resistance training while reducing large impact on joints with the use of TRX straps. 
          • Flex/Flow (Yoga) is prefect to work through full range of motions to increase flexibility and movement.

          Senior Fitness

          • Group fitness style circuit class modified for senior adults! 
          • Focuses on improving cardiovascular, balance, and muscular strength.

          Will there be available restrooms and water?
          Yes! We will have restrooms and water fountains for you to use if needed. 

          Do I need to be in shape to take part of these classes?
          No! All classes can and will be modified to give you the best workout possible.

          Students will work together in  teams to earn points throughout the  week as they  tackle team challenges, games, and skills for  the chance to be  titled the 2021 FC Fitness Summer Games Champions!

        • Our Summer Kid’s Fitness Classes! 

          At CAPACITY

          Drop your child off for our summer kids fitness classes! 💪 They will sweat and get their energy out for an hour while you get your workout in!

          Registration opens up Thursday 5/13 , at noon!

          ⬛️Rising 1st – Rising 6th Grade Students
          ⬛️Mon. June 14th – Fri. August 6th
          🟥(Excluding the weeks of June 21-25 and July 5 -9)
          ⬛️Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 9:15am.
          ⬛️$100 for full Summer
          🟥No Drop Ins unless available space
          ⬛️Limited to 35 Children
          🟥More spots will become available with high enough interest
        • 60 minutes of FAITH, FITNESS, and FUN.

          This won’t be the stereotypical physical education class you might have experienced in your youth! Activities will be designed to keep the students highly engaged in physical activity with the goal of helping them increase their fitness level, develop a love for activity, and build upon skills.

          ***A class may get cancelled if there are not at least 12 students enrolled in a class

          To allow families more opportunities to stay together, we’re expanding the grade levels for the classes offered.
