Postpartum Recovery Fitness
Have you wondered how to get back to doing what you love to do?
Would you like to have a safe place to bring your new baby with you to class?
This is a gentle recovery-focused fitness class designed for new mothers and includes recovery for your pelvic floor muscles and core. We meet weekly for 6 weeks, and non-mobile infants are welcome!
Learn cesarean and perineal scar massage techniques, gentle stretches and how to safely progress movement so you’re ready to get back whatever it is you love doing most!
This evidence based class series is approved by doctors and midwives, and is designed for all postpartum women. You may begin this series 10 days after a vaginal birth and 3-6 weeks after a belly birth (dependent on your care provider).

Summer Games Camp
We’re so excited to have registration OPEN for our 4th Annual Fruit Cove Fitness Summer Games Camp at Fruit Cove!
Students will work together in teams to earn points throughout the week as they tackle team challenges, relays, games, and skills for the chance to be titled the 2024 FC Fitness Summer Games Champions!

For rising 1st thru just finished 5th grade students
EACH STUDENT WILL RECEIVE
