    • Class Descriptions

      Cross Training

      A blend of strength training, core stability, and functional fitness performed at a high intensity level that can be modified to most fitness levels.

      Athletic Cardio Conditioning

      Uses popular proven methods of exercise (intervals, circuits, strength training, cardio drills, and martial arts techniques) for an all-in-one total body workout.

      Low Impact– Cardio Strength Circuit

      This beginner to intermediate circuit combines low impact strength and cardiovascular exercises for a total body workout. This class will provide a setting where anyone with lower fitness levels will be able to thrive!

      Group Circuit

      A full-body workout  in a time/repetition format. This is training for greater endurance, which will increase aerobic capacity. A variety of equipment will be used each week. Great for all fitness levels!

      TRX

      A total body workout method using body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility

      Pilates

      An exercise technique focused on the art of controlled movements, which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. Additionally, this approach to exercise puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

      Active Older Adults

      Exercise is the key to staying strong, energetic, and healthy as you get older – it can be fun too! Reaping the rewards of exercise does not require strenuous workouts. It’s about adding more movement and activity to your life, even in small ways. This class is designed for the active older adult who wants to gain mobility, balance, and strength through low impact movements and lightweight and resistance exercises

      Will there be available restrooms and water?
      Yes! We will have restrooms and water fountains for you to use if needed.

      Do I need to be in shape to take part of these classes?
      No! All classes can and will be modified to give you the best workout possible.


    • 55 minutes of FAITH, FITNESS, and FUN.

      This won’t be the stereotypical physical education class you might have experienced in your youth! Activities will be designed to keep the students highly engaged in physical activity with the goal of helping them increase their fitness level, develop a love for activity, and build upon skills.

      Monday Classes

      • 1:35-2:30 (K-4)
      • 2:35-3:30 (3-8)
      • 3:35 – 4:30 (K-4)

      Tuesday Classes

      • 1:35-2:30 (K-4)
      • 2:35-3:30 (3-8)

      ***A class may get cancelled if there are not at least 12 students enrolled in a class

      To allow families more opportunities to stay together, we’re expanding the grade levels for the classes offered.
