- Park in main parking lot of Fruit Cove Baptist Church behind the 3-story building (The ROC).
- The Gymnasium is located on the 2nd Floor. Walk up the staircase seen from the parking lot to enter the Gymnasium or, enter on the first floor and use the elevators.
- The weekday preschool will use the gym when there is inclement weather. If that happens, the classes will move to a different space in the ROC.

Postpartum Recovery Fitness
Have you wondered how to get back to doing what you love to do?
Would you like to have a safe place to bring your new baby with you to class?
This is a gentle recovery-focused fitness class designed for new mothers and includes recovery for your pelvic floor muscles and core. We meet weekly for 6 weeks, and non-mobile infants are welcome!
Learn cesarean and perineal scar massage techniques, gentle stretches and how to safely progress movement so you’re ready to get back whatever it is you love doing most!
This evidence based class series is approved by doctors and midwives, and is designed for all postpartum women. You may begin this series 10 days after a vaginal birth and 3-6 weeks after a belly birth (dependent on your care provider).
