VBS 2026

Get ready for the brightest week of the year! Kids are invited to step into Illumination Station, where faith shines bright and hearts are illuminated with truth.

Rooted in John 8:12, Illumination Station will guide kids on an exciting journey to discover who Jesus really is the Light of the World. Throughout the week, children will learn how Jesus is the promised, perfect, powerful, and proven Son of God, and how His light brings hope, truth, and direction into our lives.

Each day will be filled with:

Engaging Bible lessons
High-energy worship and music
Interactive games and hands-on activities
Creative crafts and meaningful connections

VBS is more than just fun, it’s a week designed to help kids grow in their faith, build friendships, and see how God’s light shines in their everyday lives.

New MidWeek Curriculum

Team Kid

We are excited to announce that we will be using a new curriculum for MidWeek beginning August 2025. We will be using Lifeway’s TeamKID curriculum.

TeamKID is designed for Kids in Discipleship! It features Bible memory games and application of Bible truths, engaging missions videos and activities, and fun activity-based learning, all while helping your kids grow to be more like Jesus. TeamKID is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and to grow in a relationship with Him. That’s why TeamKID ends with KID. KID stands for Kids in Discipleship! All parts of this curriculum — Bible stories, Scripture memory, mission activities, life application, and recreation games — connect to teach life lessons to kids.

Go on a Journey to Learn God’s Amazing Story

Kids will go on a journey through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation to discover that from the beginning to the end, everything in God’s story points to Jesus, and they will uncover the amazing truth of how they fit into God’s amazing story!

Centrikid Camp

Campers are invited to explore our calling and join us as we go “Higher”. At CentriKid 2026, kids will discover what it means to live out our calling through the adventure of following Christ!

Raising children is a great privilege and even greater responsibility. At Fruit Cove Baptist we want to partner with parents to provide a clear path for kids to see the whole story of God in Scripture.

We’d like for kids to recognize:

God’s Word is to be Heard.

God’s Word is to be Done.
