Pastor Jason has served at Fruit Cove Baptist Church since March of 2016 as the Middle School Pastor and is currently serving as the Interim Pastor of Students since January 2023.

Jason is a Florida native, growing up in Keystone Heights, Florida. He has served as a student pastor since 2009 in two others churches in Florida. Prior to serving in Fruit Cove, Jason led the student and college ministries at Fellowship Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida. He partnered with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Florida State University and Tallahassee Community College.

He has both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees from Florida Baptist University. He is currently a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry Degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is writing his dissertation “Developing a Guide for Middle School Ministry.” His projected graduation date is December 2024. He has spoken at various conferences on Student Ministry, Discipleship Strategies, Intergenerational Ministry. He also a speaker for youth ministry conferences such as camp, DNOW, and retreats. Nicole and he have traveled in Romania to speak at summer camps and purity conferences for years.

He is married to Nicole and has three children: Julia, Eli, and Meredith. He enjoys music, fishing, hunting, carpentry, and disc golf! He has traveled on mission throughout America, Honduras, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Britain, France, Romania, Spain, Monaco, and Italy.
