Replanted Conference
Video Showing of Keynotes with Live Worship & Breakouts
Fostering Hope will partner with The Cove on May 1-3, 2025, to present Replanted, a conference for adoptive, foster, and kinship parents. This is the only conference of this kind in this part of the country. Our hybrid model offers:
This year’s conference theme is “Worth It.” We will explore the question that foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers often ask: “Is it worth it?” However this question is answered, our goal is to come alongside you, offer grace and support, and remind you that you are not alone.
We are excited to gather again as a community committed to caring for children from hard places. We know the journey can have many highs and lows. This is a safe space for you to come as you are. Our hope is that you find new and old friends here, that you leave feeling refreshed and encouraged in your journey, and that you ultimately feel lifted up by a community eager to love and support you.

Stephen is a worship leader and songwriter with a love for the local church. He has been in ministry for over 10 years leading worship and pastoring; a majority of that time has been in college and student ministry. He has a passion for leading people in singing songs deeply rooted in the word of God. Stephen believes that our songs of worship should build up the church and glorify the Lord. His ultimate desire when leading is to help others to see the beauty of the gospel and fall more in love with Jesus. Stephen also has a heart for training and mentoring worship leaders and their teams.
Shaq, his wife Rachael, and daughter Emerson live in Tennessee where he serves as the president of Orphan No More Foundation. He is a former foster kid and also serves as a pastor and an itinerate preacher. Shaq founded Orphan No More Foundation after seeing how sharing his story both motivated other believers to get involved with foster care and adoption, and seeing how his story encouraged kids currently growing up like he did. Shaq’s desire is to move the needle on the world’s orphan problem one story at a time.
