The human body is God’s good design. It says in 1 Corinthians 6:13b that our bodies “were made for the Lord, and the Lord cares about our bodies.” They are how we deliver love to the world!
Yet, many of us carry burdens that weigh us down physically, mentally and spiritually, hindering the goodness that God intends for us to embrace and share. Over this 8-week program, guided by “The Wellness Revelation” workbook, we will move “step-by-step to the pace of grace, toward something greater than the number on the scale or the size of your jeans.” With the facilitation of a nationally certified personal trainer with 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, you will learn what it takes to become healthy, holy and whole–mind, body and soul!
This program runs 1/10-3/6. The curriculum includes a weekly exercise calendar, access to Fruit Cove Fitness, a Bible study, links to a variety of online exercise classes available 24/7, general nutrition guidance, and a daily accountability log.
Participants will be expected to complete reading and activity assignments between weekly meetings. Space is limited!

Without Wavering, by Alexandra Hoover. Enduring, resilient, courageous – these are qualities we want to describe our faith in God. But the truth is that faith is hard, especially when trials, setbacks, and failures seem to define us. Through hope in Christ, you can become the woman who weathers the storms of life with renewed strength and confidence in who God is and who He says you are.
Backing the Brave, all women welcome, Lori Dunham – ROC 304
Lydia Brownback’s study of Philippians, this ten week study teaches that even in the face of persecution and other difficulties, there is abundant peace through unity in Christ and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. This study helps women focus on God as the source of their joy when life threatens to sidetrack them.
