Women’s Current Bible Studies

Bible Studies are offered on Monday and Tuesday mornings, Tuesday nights and Wednesday nights. These studies are designed to give us a strong foundation in the Word of God and encourage a habit of consistent time in prayer which equips us for service and evangelism. Childcare is available during some of these times and you do not have to be a member of the church to attend these studies.

  • A warm, inviting atmosphere – Camaraderie and friendship
  • An opportunity to share if you’d like – Small-group discussion
  • Application of God’s Word to our lives – Prayer with and for one another

This group meets the first Tuesday of every month. For more information regarding this ministry, please contact Barbara Campbell at barbara.inhisimage@gmail.com.

Help and Hope for the Single Parent
by Tony Evans

Single parents have the toughest job in the world. The obstacles can feel overwhelming, and 24 hours in a day never seems to be enough time to take care of children, home, and all the other items on an endless to-do list. It’s exhausting!

Add to the exhaustion feelings of vulnerability and loneliness, thoughts of never having a mate, the fear of the future for children left with no father or mother, and the lack of personal time—and it can just seem too much.

No doubt being a single parent is very difficult, but there is also hope and joy that comes in this season. Dr. Evans gives you the encouraging reminder that you are not alone! God can—and will—help you live a satisfying life and succeed in parenting. There is hope and help for the single parent; discover it today.

New Prevail Bible Study Begins March 27, 2019

Thursday Morning

A biblical based parenting program designed around the Titus 2;4 concept of older women teaching and encouraging younger women. This curriculum is designed to take a close look at what God’s Word has to say about our mission as moms & wives and what that looks like for 21st century women. As we explore God’s Word together, we will gain godly mom-confidence in a confused world, learn to create contagious Christian community in a chaotic culture, and grow in our ability to build Christ-like character in our kids.
