Community Out Reach for Women Embracing in our Community gives women an opportunity to participate in outreach and evangelism by providing ways to embrace and serve the community surrounding us through existing local ministries or those within our own church. These service projects are supported through practical help, prayer, and/or financial giving. This is the heart of our mission as Christian women, to reach out with the love of Jesus Christ. We have several opportunities to serve in C.O.R.E
February: “Baskets of Love” Baked goods honoring our community police & fire men & women.
April: “Baby Bottle Boomerang” Take home a baby bottle, fill with loose change and return to the church. Benefits First Coast Women’s Services.
September: Florida Baptist Children’s Home Diaper Drive for the State of Florida.
December: “Give a Gift to Give” Christmas gifts for the women & children of the Trinity Rescue Mission.
Mission Opportunities: See the Missions Page on our church website for specific opportunities to serve, locally, nationally, and internationally.
The Great Commission
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
If you desire to connect with other women to grow in your faith, enjoy fellowship, develop friendships and find encouragement in your faith journey-consider joining one of our monthly discipleship groups. There are presently more than ten groups meeting on different days throughout the month. Times are based on what works best for each group.
Using the “IF Table” format of 6-7 ladies, 4 questions, 2 hours, and 1 simple meal once a month…women are building Christian community by engaging in Christ-centered conversations. If you are interested in joining a group or perhaps hosting in your home, call Linda Warne at 287-0996 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

A biblically based parenting program designed around the Titus 2:4 concept of older women teaching and encouraging younger women in their relationship with their husbands and children. Growth occurs not only in our parenting skills but also in our wholeness as women intellectually, relationally and spiritually. Mom to Mom is for any mother who may feel isolated, intimidated by information overload or insignificant in her role as a parent. For more information and to register, click on Mom to Mom.
Prevail…breaking through and moving forward! A ministry designed to offer care and support for single mom’s. This group meets weekly for exciting bible studies and prayer.
On the last Wednesday of each month, this group also participates in the "IF Table"...engaging in Christ centered conversations, enjoying fellowship and finding encouragement in their faith journey.
Whether you’re a mom or a grandmother, we know this world wants to shape the attitudes and hearts of our children. And we also know that God is still in control. He is the victor! But, He calls us to intercede. Replace anxiety with God’s peace and hope as you join other moms and grandmas in simple, conversational prayer for our children and their schools.
Welcome to Jewels-Journey Ministry. A support group of widows dedicated to helping other widows through care, understanding, empathy and God’s Word. We did not choose to be widows, to be alone or to raise our children without their father but we can choose to make things better for ourselves with the help and support of other widows as well as God’s constant love.
If you would like to be included in mail-outs for our luncheons and other events, please contact Gwen Davis at 287-0996 (church office) or email@example.com to be added to our contact list. We also have the James Gang that is available to assist widow’s with any home maintenance issues. Contact the church office for more information.
