Jude, Contending for the Faith in Today’s Culture, by Jackie Hill Perry (led by Nicole Kalil).  Room 301, ROC

God has commanded His beloved church to do the necessary work of contending for the faith in a world of unbelief, and as we do, He will keep us from falling into the same deception.  Dive into themes of being called, loved, and kept.  Learn how to point others to Jesus in grace and truth.

1 Peter, A Living Hope in Christ, by Jen Wilkin (led by Lori Dunham-Backing the Brave)  Room 302, ROC

All women welcome!

Our inheritance through Christ is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading.  In 1 Peter, a man of faith and flaws, and eyewitness to the life of Christ, challenges us to look beyond our current circumstances to a future inheritance.

Deeper Still:  Listening and Living the Message of the Prophets”, led by Laurel Wiley,  Room 205, ROC

Come explore the whole prophetic message of scripture, taking comfort that God is and always has been sovereign over the affairs of our lives.  Jesus often quoted the Prophets, validating their lives and words.  God spoke to them and He has spoken to us through Jesus.  We would do well to take heed and be ready for the Holy Spirit to do His transforming work in our lives.

Weekday Studies

Gospel on the Ground, by Kristi McLelland (led by Peggy Weeks)

Monday Mornings, 10am, ROC-Fellowship Hall, starting September 19, 2022

Experience the grit and glory of the early church in Acts!  Explore the call of Jesus to His disciples then, and to us today, and see how God’s Word can sustain us even in the most difficult of times.  Embrace the transformative grace we experience as children of God in his kingdom of celebration.

Jesus & Women, by Kristi McLelland (led by Larisa Nelson)

Tuesday Evenings, 6:30pm, A-106, starting August 23, 2022

In this study, be transported back to the time of Jesus.  Step into the footsteps of the women who came face to face with the living God.  Examine the historical and cultural climate of first century Middle Eastern society to not only understand Jesus more deeply, but to fuel your worship of Him today.

Reclaiming Your Heart, by Denise Hildreth Jones (led by Faye Lazar)

Tuesday Evenings, 7pm, at the home of Faye Lazar.  Email her at fay050211@gmail.com.

Are you simply coping with life instead of living it to the fullest? For Jones, it happened in the wake of her devastating divorce. But she fought to reclaim her God-designed heart, and now challenges you to do the same. Find your way back to God’s design for your life: to laughing, loving, and living life to the fullest
