8/29/23 UPDATE: There will be no MidWeek programming on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

The Church Office will be closed Wednesday, August 30, 2023 with plans to re-open on Thursday, August 31 at 8:30am. 

All scheduled activities on our campus for Wednesday, August 30, 2023 have been cancelled. 

CLEANUP: We want to respond to any cleanup needs we can assist with in our community after the storm. As you become aware of any cleanup needs please communicate with us at info@fruitcove.com or call 904-287-0996.

As we are in hurricane season, please refer to this page for updates on cancellations of church services and scheduled activities due to inclement weather.

The following guidelines are used during hurricane season to plan for schedule changes:

Tropical Storm Warning
  • Schedule changes can be expected
  • fruitcove.com will carry the most current information
  • Office hours may be adjusted for the safety of our staff team
Hurricane Watch
  • All church activities are cancelled
  • Office will operate with reduced staff if it is safe to do so
Hurricane Warning
  • All church activities are cancelled
  • Office is closed

As always, if St. Johns County Schools are closed, our Weekday Preschool will be closed as well.

Because our facilities are not equipped or certified to serve safely as a shelter, we will not be open during a storm. Information on shelters in our community can be found at http://www.sjcemergencymanagement.org/shetinfo.html

We will work with Florida Baptist Disaster Relief to serve recovery and relief efforts as called upon.
