LOCAL: Jacksonville – Refuge Church

In 2000, the Josh and his family of 7 were sent from Fruit Cove Baptist to being a new Gospel work in an old area of town. In September of 2020, following the Covid lockdown, Refuge Church opened its doors to the Ortega community.  In September of 2025 Refuge Church will celebrate 5 years as a Church.  Refuge sent out its first Church Planter this year, so please pray for Pastor Alex as he launched Hope Church on April of 2025.  Please also pray for our building, we love our building but continually run into many maintenance issues that older building have hat often times put quite a strain our finances as a new church.  We are currently in need of 3 AC units. Lastly please pray for our incredible ministry to the military families in our community and near us on base at NASJAX.
